The data controller is INNESCO (gruppoinnesco.com). For any request regarding your data you can write to info@gruppoinnesco.com.

Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional), organisation/project (optional) and the content of your message.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you choose to share. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling.

We use the data solely to respond to your requests and to follow up on a possible commercial contact.

The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

To run the site we rely on providers acting as data processors: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (sending lead notification emails).

Some providers may process data outside the EU: in that case the transfer takes place with adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights in cookieless mode: the data is aggregated and anonymous and does not allow individual users to be identified.

You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@gruppoinnesco.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
