Tender service

Tenders, grants and concessions. From your idea to a bid ready to sign.

Got a project, but every time you open a tender you close it again? Requirements, annexes, deadlines. We read it, check whether you can take part and build the complete bid. You sign.

  • One point of contact, from A to Z
  • An architect, a restaurateur and a communication team on the same team
  • A written quote after the first reading of the notice

What we do

Four kinds of work. One direction.

Grants that fund projects, tenders that award services, procedures that assign spaces and concessions. The rules change from one notice to the next: we read them in the documents, every time.

  • 01

    Beach and kiosk concessions

Beach clubs, free beaches with services, kiosks, state-owned and municipal property. We write the technical offer chapter by chapter, on the notice's criteria and points.

  • 02

    Service tenders

Management of public spaces, catering, services under concession. Requirements, declarations, ESPD, guarantees and envelopes checked before submission.

  • 03

    Grants and funding for businesses

Non-repayable grants, vouchers and incentives to open, renovate or grow a business. We check whether you qualify, then write the project, the form and the cost plan.

  • 04

    Technical project and financial plan

Reports, design drawings, schedule and business plan. Figures consistent with what you promise, because the evaluators compare them.

Who it is for

For people with a project and little time for paperwork.

  • Operators of beach clubs and kiosks whose concession will go back out to tender.
  • Restaurant and hospitality businesses looking for a new space under concession.
  • Anyone who wants to open a business, recover a space or grow a company with public funding.
  • Companies that have already found the tender, but not the team to prepare it.
  • Groupings, consortia and business networks that need to combine the requirements and documents of several parties.

The method

Five steps, from the first reading to the signature.

Following you from A to Z is not a slogan. It is five concrete steps, always in the same order.

  1. 01

    Idea and resources

We listen to your idea and look at goals, resources and feasibility. If no tender suits you, we tell you.

  2. 02

    Notice and requirements

We look for compatible opportunities and read the notice, the tender rules and the annexes: requirements, criteria, points, deadlines. Then we decide together whether to take part.

  3. 03

    The project

We write the offer following the evaluation grid: one chapter per criterion, space in proportion to the points, measurable and proven commitments. Where needed, the technical drawings.

  4. 04

    Financial plan and documents

A financial plan and a schedule consistent with the project. We coordinate declarations, guarantees, quotes and partner letters.

  5. 05

    Check and bid package

We check everything against the notice: pages, formats, signatures, envelopes. We hand you the bid package ready to sign and stay with you while you submit it.

The outcome depends on the contracting authority's evaluation. Our job is to hand you a complete, consistent bid with no gaps.

Mistakes to avoid

Four mistakes that lose a tender before it is even evaluated.

  1. Looking at one kind of tender only

There are grants, service tenders and procedures that assign concessions and spaces. If you only look where you always have, you miss the other opportunities.

  2. Thinking a good idea is enough

You need clear goals, concrete activities, realistic timing and a consistent budget. The evaluator has to understand how you will deliver the project.

  3. Starting close to the deadline

Site visits and clarification requests often close weeks earlier. Documents, quotes and partners take time: left to the last minute, they leave the application incomplete.

  4. Getting a document wrong that cannot be fixed

A guarantee made out to the wrong party, a price that ends up in the technical offer, pages beyond the limit that nobody reads. Details, and they can get you excluded.

Why INNESCO

The one who designs, the one who runs and the one who tells. At the same table.

A tender asks for different skills at the same time. With us you do not have to look for them: they are already in the group.

  • An architect

Designs spaces, interiors and public works. Reads the technical requirements of the notice: constraints, type of intervention, drawings required.

  • A restaurateur

Runs venues on the Roman coast. Knows which figures hold up in day-to-day management and which only work on paper.

  • A communication team

Writes clear texts for the evaluators and runs the project: one contact, one calendar, no deadline lost from sight.

  • Our own method and tool

We have worked on tenders for many years: we went back over past ones and turned them into rules and checks. Our tool reads the notice, builds the offer's outline on the points and checks the bid package before signature.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write to us.

How much does the tender service cost?
It depends on the notice and on how much there is to prepare: a grant application form is not a concession with a technical offer, a financial plan and drawings. After the first reading of the notice we send you a written quote, before we start.
Do you guarantee that the project will win?
No. The outcome depends on the evaluation of the committee or the authority, and nobody can promise it. We guarantee a complete bid, consistent with the notice and checked point by point before submission.
I have not found a tender yet. Can you look for one?
Yes. We start from your idea and look for compatible grants, tenders and concessions at local, national and European level. If nothing suitable is open today, we tell you.
How far ahead should I contact you?
As early as possible. Some tenders close site visits and clarification requests weeks before the deadline, and guarantees, quotes and partner letters take time. If the deadline is close, we tell you straight away whether it can be done well.
Who signs and submits the application?
The legal representative of the bidder signs it: you or your company. We prepare the bid package, check signatures and formats and stay with you while you submit it, on the authority's platform or by certified email (PEC).
Do you only work in Rome and Lazio?
We are based in Rome and know Ostia and the coast well, but we work on tenders across Italy. The rules are in the tender documents, wherever they are published.
I do not meet all the requirements. Can I still take part?
Sometimes, yes. We assess whether to bid as a grouping, a consortium or a network with those who have the missing requirements, and we prepare the documents of every party.

Let's talk

Tell us about your project. And the tender, if you already have one.
