Capanno Beach Club
A solid base is worth more than a good idea.
How a landmark beach club on the Roman coast became the base for something new.

The context
On the Ostia seafront, Capanno Beach Club has been a landmark of the Roman coast for years. Not just another venue: a place with a history, a loyal clientele and an identity people already recognise.

The invisible asset
What many read as «a beach club that works» is in fact an asset: trust built over years, a name that means something locally, people who come back. It's the hardest capital to build from scratch — and the easiest to waste if you never put it to work.

The storytelling
Here We Go Agency now runs communication and social marketing for Capanno. Not «posting»: giving continuity to an identity that already exists, keeping it alive beyond the season and taking it to an audience the beach club alone wouldn't reach.
Why this is an INNESCO case
Capanno shows that activation doesn't always start from zero. Sometimes it starts from what is already there and hasn't yet been read for what it's worth. Slice of Capanno was born from this base — and that's where the system made its leap.
